He was born in Hungary on March 29, 1940.  His family emigrated to the United States in 1956.  He entered the formation program of the Custody of St. Stephen King (Hungarian) in 1989 and made his novitiate with our province at St. Anthony Friary in Catskill, being received on September 4, 1990, and making his first profession of vows on August 5, 1991.   In January of 1993 he joined our province after the St. Stephen King Custody was suppressed by the order. He was ordained a priest on September 14, 1996 and served in several ministries as parochial vicar.
